How long does it take to receive my order after placing it?:

The time length varies depending on if I have the base embroidery blanks in stock or if I have to order any special materials or supplies though on average anywhere from next day to 1-2 weeks but I will keep in contact if there are any specific delays on the horizon.

Do you take custom orders?:

Yes I do please message me through my Contact Us page in order to get that custom order process started

Do you have a storefront?:

Atm I do not currently have a brick and mortar storefront of my own but I have 3 different stores where a limited selection of my products can be purchased. If you have a recommendation on other store locations to be able to sell from or supply I would be delighted to see if we can work together.

Help! I just washed my shirt and it came out wrinkly?:

Embroidery is similar to leather in the act that it will soften up over time with frequent  wearing and washing. Brand new embroidery can be very stiff feeling due to the stabilizer and interfacing required for many of my actve wear items. To fix that just go over the back of the design with a low to medium heat iron to press the design flat and release the wrinkles. In most garments the embroidery will soften by the 2nd or 3rd wash depending on how thick the embroidery design is.

Do you do wholesale orders?:

Yes I do send me a message to discuss order requirements and get a pricing quote though pricing depends on the size of the order and complexity of the design

What are your items made with?:

Most of my items are either a cotton or poly blend like a rayon or spandex. 100% cotton is usually in my towels or home dec while anything in my activewear is more of a poly blend. All my embroidery thread is polyester for that shiny polished style that makes embroidery so eyecatching yet durable to last through multiple washes and wears with ease.

How do I care for my new items?:

For most of my items they can be machine washed on a regular cycle in cold water and then machine dried on regular heat. I do not advise using high temp cycles to wash or dry unless necessary. Underwear like jockstraps or briefs I definitely recommend letting them hang dry after washing to avoid heat damaging the elastic in the waistband or fabric. For any more specific questions please feel free to send me a message

Help! My item fell apart and unraveled?:

All items are checked over for quality control and durability to the best of my abilities though I am just a one person business at the moment so mistakes can happen. If your item has any specific defects or flaws that I may have missed please send me a message to look over the issue and resolve the matter
