Refunds/Order Concerns

If there is any issues with your order please send me a message to check in and resolve any potential issues

I am not responsible for any shipping mishaps once the package is out of my hands and in the possession of the service provider. 

If you need an exchange for a different size please let me know ASAP

•  Once I receive and review the original product in like new condition I will send over the different size to the address provided by the customer

If you need a return please let me know

• I only accept returns if the product is in like new condition upon arrival
• I do not accept returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons
• Original product must be in hand and approved before I send out and refunds
• Anything marked as sale/clearance is FINAL SALE
